[PET] PETS survey: Australia

I completed the survey, but wanted to comment on the list as well. I
went to Australia last year and am going twice this year. 

I would *HIGHLY* recommend coordinating PETS with another conference
the week before or after that might be of interest to international
travelers, given the extended flight time. Unfortunately, that may
mean a non-summer time frame.
