TECHNICAL PROGRAM

ACM IH&MMSec is one of the premier events in the area of multimedia security.
In this year’s edition, 18 high-quality submissions have been accepted for presentation and have been grouped in 6 technical sessions (JPEG and H.264 Steganography, Biometrics and Forensics, Deep Learning for Steganography, CNN-media forensics, Embedding Impact in Steganography, Encryption-Authentication-Anonymization).

In addition to the traditional rump session, the single-track workshop will include two keynotes by:

- Prof. Ross Anderson, full professor at the University of Cambridge, UK.
- Prof. Annalisa Verdoliva, assistant professor at the University Federico II of Naples, Italy.


REGISTRATION

Registration to the workshop is open here<https://webapp.uibk.ac.at/ihmmsec/> and early bird registration fees are available until May 2, 2018.


VENUE

The workshop will be held in Innsbruck, Austria, the capital of the historical region of Tyrol located at the heart of the Alps. Thanks to its unique blend of history, nature, culture, and outdoor life, Innsbruck attracts every year visitors from all over the world and is known for its alpine-urban lifestyle. The workshop venue will be Villa Blanka, an event center located in the northern part of the city at the foothill of the Nordkette mountain range. Villa Blanka is connected to the city center and the primary workshop hotel (Congress Innsbruck) through the Hungerburg funicular.


SOCIAL EVENT

The social event is scheduled for thursday June 21 and will include a trip to the Seegrube station (2000mt) through the Nordkettenbahn. After descending to the city center, the social dinner will take place in a typical Tyrolean restaurant.
