[PET] New ACM SIGSAC Dissertation Award, Call for subs

The ACM Special Interest Group for Security Audit and Control (SIGSAC)
is pleased to announce the SIGSAC Doctoral Dissertation Award for
Outstanding PhD Thesis in Computer and Information Security. This
annual award by SIGSAC will recognize excellent research by doctoral
candidates in the field of computer and information security. The
SIGSAC Doctoral Dissertation Award winner and up to two runners-up
will be recognized at the ACM CCS conference. The award winner will
receive a plaque, a $1,500 honorarium and a complimentary registration
to the current year’s ACM CCS Conference.  The runners-up each will
receive a plaque.  Submissions for the first award are due March 15,
2014. Submission instructions and further information about the award
